Malik Ambersley is a Domino's delivery driver in St. Petersburg, Florida. He relies on his tips to help feed his family. Malik made a pizza delivery and stood out in the pouring rain for five minutes while waiting on the customer — only to be left with no tip at all. He said his hard work wasn't even acknowledged by the customer, which felt just as bad. Ambersley was not fired, he said. "Luckily I've a really good support team there, they talked me down," he said. "There was nobody in the store or anything like that."
