Experience Old Delhi from the eyes of one of its resident. Yes, Old Delhi can be chaotic. The human throngs, the hustle & din of the markets, the rickshaw rides slower than your 2G connection, the maze of electricity wires, the rich aroma of various kinds of food, the narrow lanes that seem like so many pieces of a puzzle, and all of this juxtaposed with beautiful Mughal monuments and old houses and havelis. Old Delhi is magical! If not, it is definitely different. But what makes it so unique?
Walk through Sita Ram Bazaar and Chawri Bazar and appreciate the various cultural nuances like why houses in Old Delhi have huge courtyards or steep staircases, or why local people from Old Delhi like to hang out in the lanes and not inside their houses.
