Dr. Neeru Misra is a familiar name in the field of art and cultural heritage. She has been the Director of Indian Council for Cultural Relations under Ministry of External Affairs before joining the present award of the Ministry of Culture under the Tagore National Fellowship for Cultural Research as Research Scholar. She has curated a large number of exhibitions, contributed to the catalogues of many prestigious displays, and made significant contributions to the establishment of the Textile Museum at Siem Riep, Cambodia.
