This walk is an insightful way to explore the lanes of Khirkee extension and Jagdamaba Camp, two important homegrown neighbourhoods in the heart of South Delhi from the lens urban transformation. Beginning from across the stretch of malls, the participants will experience these neighbourhoods from the context of equitable and socially inclusive development. The walk will be conclude with a conversation with two social practices that engaged with the community in the neighbourhood. The sights and sounds from this journey may not be the most pleasant but their lessons would remain with you for a long time.
Deeksha Bhatia, has been a part of Swechha India since 2012. Over the last four years, she has extensively worked with children, young people and civil society through campaigns, events and programmes. In the past, she has facilitated walks for schools, corporates and individuals.

Since then the organization has gathered popular and powerful voices for the support of this cause and has emerged as the loudest and strongest voice in India on the matter.
