Ms. Sadia Dehlvi is an eminent Delhi wallah and a well-known author, newspaper columnist, and political commentator. Over a career spanning thirty-five years, her writings and discussions on television have focused on issues of faith, heritage, minorities, and women. She is the author of Sufism: The Heart of Islam and The Sufi Courtyard: Dargahs of Delhi, published by HarperCollins India. Over the last decade, Dehlvi has engaged in writing and spreading enlightened, inclusive, and pluralistic narratives of Islam. She has produced and directed a television series; Sufiyon ka Aangan, documenting indigenous spiritual traditions of Indian Muslim communities.
